Can I get a payment plan?
I support trademark registration clients throughout the world. As long as you are seeking a US trademark registration, collecting on a client's unpaid account, or my NameStorming service, I can be your attorney. For all other services, it depends.
I live in ____, can I work with you?
Yes, if you are a Gold Star military family I will comp my legal fee on one business formation and one trademark registration to help you get re-started. If you are a current client, you also receive preferred pricing for add-on services.
Do you offer discounts?
While I cannot guarantee a registration in hand, I can guarantee I'll point out any & all possible setbacks in our registration plan. In the event you'd rather avoid the issue than strategize around it, I have discounted rates since you're already a client at that point.
